No previous experience is required — just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

With training and support, you will:

  • Help keep records of IT equipment up to date using an online system (ServiceNow).
  • Provide basic admin support, including checking and responding to system requests.
  • Support the team with day-to-day tasks to help projects run smoothly.
  • Help create simple reports and check information for accuracy.
  • Learn how projects are managed and how teams follow set processes.
  • Work closely with your team and communicate with other staff across the organisation.

What You’ll Learn

During the traineeship, you will learn:

  • How projects are planned and supported.
  • How to use common workplace tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and ServiceNow.
  • How to organise tasks, meet deadlines, and work as part of a team.
