For our Client – an international premium consulting company we are looking for a Operations Coordinator/ Pursuit Coordinator.



 

Responsibilities:

  • Client Questionnaire support: Collaborate with pursuit managers and other subject matter experts to review, prepare, and finalize responses to client questionnaires and RFPs. Ensure responses align with client requirements, reflect organizational standards and are client-ready
  • Content and Documentation Management: Maintain and update the response library and supplier registration database (together with other team members). Identify opportunities to refine and improve content, ensuring it remains accurate and up-to-date
  • Client communication: Communicate with clients’ procurement/supplier management teams when needed
  • Team Collaboration: Actively coordinate with pursuit managers, subject matter experts, and other team members to gather input, confirm details, and ensure high quality responses
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all materials to ensure consistency, attention to detail, and adherence to brand guidelines before submission
  • Administrative support of a wider Legal department: Provide assistance with administrative tasks to support the wider legal department, in New York, Amsterdam, and Hong Kong. This includes helping to organize some of the administrative processes, as well as collaborating with the legal department administrator on operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the department

 



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a highly respected institution
  • Experience in working on administrative roles with client facing materials
  • Understanding of RFPs, RFIs, etc. Experience working on RFPs as a plus
  • Proficiency in creating business presentations in PPT and Word
  • Fluent English (all work is in English)
  • Exceptional attention to detail: the ability to thoroughly understand the underlying questions being asked, identify nuances, and craft accurate, tailored responses.
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into client-ready deliverables
  • Project management: ability to prioritize, manage, and balance a variety of project responsibilities effectively, efficiently, and accurately
  • Power user of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint
  • Collaborative, action-oriented, and detail-focused
  • Excellent project and time management skills
