Call Handler - Track & Trace
Location: UK, Work from Home
Salary: £9.00 per hour, paid weekly every Friday!
Start date: Dates between 4th and 10th December
Contract: Full time, 40 hours per week - temporary until 31st January 2020
We are currently recruiting for our client based in Warrington who are working alongside the Government on a number of Call Handler roles to support with the Covid-19 Pandemic. This role is currently Work From Home.
ALL candidates MUST have their own laptop or computer.
Telephony experience isn't essential, we're keen to speak to candidates from a variety of customer service backgrounds.
What will you be doing?
- Speaking with vulnerable individuals who may require support
- Making calls to individuals to ensure support and guidance is given
- Arranging for deliveries to individuals house
- Handling calls from the public regarding Covid-19
- Provide a friendly, supportive and helpful service
What are we looking for?
- Previous customer service experience - contact centre is desirable but not essential
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to empathise with individuals who may be worried / struggling
- Computer literate - able to pick up new systems
Candidates must have the following:
- Broadband at home
- A headset or earphones with built in mic
- A desktop or laptop - we can't accept anyone with a Mac or Chrome due to software needed.
Pay rate -
- £9 per hour, paid weekly every Friday!
Hours of work -
- Monday to Sunday - 5 out of 7 days
- Shifts are between 8am-8pm
- Successful candidates must be able to work a variety of shift patterns
Due to the nature of the role successful candidates will need to be able to pass a DBS check.
