About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operative to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining production standards, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery.
• Monitor machine performance and report any faults.
• Carry out quality checks on finished products.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic mechanical knowledge would be advantageous.
