About the role:

Our client is seeking an experienced senior customer services specialist to join their dynamic Corporate Customer Accounts. You will have a proven track record working in the freight and logistics industry in senior customer services or similar roles. As the primary interface between your corporate customers and other areas of the business you will have exceptional communication skills, work well under pressure and deliver exceptional customer services. You will be joining a supportive and close team.

  •     2+ years International freight forwarding experience

  •     Excellent communication skills
  •     Team player with a natural tendency towards collaboration
  •     Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
