We are recruiting Food Production Operatives to work in a busy meat processing factory in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for hardworking and reliable individuals looking for stable, full-time employment within the food manufacturing industry.

Shift Patterns

Day Shift

• 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• £12.91 per hour

PM Shift

• 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
• £12.91 per hour
• Plus £8 shift allowance for every completed PM shift

Food Production Operative Duties Include:

• Processing and handling meat products
• Packing and labelling products
• Quality checking finished products
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Working efficiently as part of a production team
• Following all health and safety procedures

Food Production Operative Requirements:

• Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential
• Comfortable working in a chilled factory environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work well within a team
