Join our expanding civil construction team, contributing to essential infrastructure development around Perth metro as well as FIFO/DIDO. We need experienced operators with a strong background in sheet pile installation, precise benching, and safe excavation practices for drainage systems.
Responsibilities:
• Operating heavy machinery for sheet pile driving and extraction.
• Ensuring accurate vertical alignment and penetration depth of sheet piles.
• Creating stable benching configurations according to engineering plans.
• Performing controlled excavations within sheet piled enclosures.
• Monitoring soil stability and groundwater conditions during excavation.
• Implementing shoring and bracing as required.
• Accurate reading of site plans and set out.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sheet pile installation and benching.
• Strong understanding of soil mechanics and excavation safety.
• Relevant plant operation tickets.
• White Card.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
