Bar Manager - Brand-new venue, 5-star Boutique Hotel & Retreat, Southern Highlands
JRM Hospitality is looking for a senior Bar Manager to take the helm of a newly opened 5-star Southern Highlands Boutique Hotel. The project features cutting edge design, a bespoke multi-million dollar fit out and premium European furniture and fittings; this is truly a venue unlike any other!
Our client is looking for a bartender with world class beverage knowledge, amazing style and flair and the ability to reset the benchmark in service excellence in the Southern Highlands. On offer is an excellent team environment, state-of-the-art facilities and great support and remuneration for the right candidates.
This really is an opportunity to come in on the ground floor - you will be working with an established industry leader with a proven track record with a vison and desire to be the very best.
Salary Guide: 75-80k plus super and tips.
To be eligible for this role you will need the following:
- A love of Hospitality and Service
- Impeccable beverage knowledge across wine, spirts and champagne – ideally WSET II or above
- Proven F&B experience in a luxury/upscale hotel or venue (Hatted or similar)
- Previous experience with new projects, team building & mentoring
- Impeccable communication & demonstrable leadership
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ideal candidates will live in the Southern Highlands area, but relocation packages are available for premium talent
