Business Development Engineer

The ideal candidates will be a versatile professional who combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen to drive growth and innovation within the engineering sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and industry trends aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders through networking, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches that showcase the company's engineering expertise and capabilities.

Technical Expertise:

• Apply engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices to understand client needs, address technical challenges, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Participate in project planning, design, and implementation phases, providing technical insights, feasibility assessments, and cost-effective recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, project managers, and business professionals, to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical expertise, problem-solving support, and value- added services to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings based on client feedback and market insights.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues to maintain client trust and loyalty.

Project Management:

• Assist in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects within established timelines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress, mitigate risks, and achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; master’s degree Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certification.
