Inside Sales

Inside Sales (BBBH11463) Cedar Park, Texas

Salary: USD18 - USD19 per hour

The HT Group has partnered with a leading medical device supplier company and is in search of an Inside Sales Representative to join their North Austin Office. This candidate will start on the inside sales team by qualifying and closing light leads. The ideal candidate is money motivated, hardworking, and is sales-minded with a drive to conduct heavy cold calling.

 

Base Salary: $18-$19/hr DOE (PLUS COMMISSION after first 90 days)

Monday- Friday

8am-4:30 (2-3 weeks of training)

7am-6:30pm (Flexible Schedule after training.)

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Bring on new accounts! Focus on transactional and sporadic accounts to begin with; Over time and with success, you will attain ongoing commission from your accounts.
  • Respond to lead inquiries obtained through various online mediums while also answering incoming calls from potential customers.
  • Create a book of business by building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers
  • Solve customer issues in order to provide the best customer service experience possible
  • Close inbound sales leads and up-sell products and services when appropriate
  • Correspond with customers and insurances via phone and email in a professional and effective manner

 

Qualifications

  • 2 years of progressive sales experience preferred (Medical devise sales industry experience preferred but not required)

  • Ability to learn quickly and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Team oriented
