Tasks
- Establishing of a adequate reliable work – sequence plan IMO-Civil/SL works according to valid standards
- Establishing of the work – sequence planning
- Establishment of a process for gathering the necessary input from team in order to be able to achieve the goal
- Preparing the WO reports with all necessary input from team
- Participation on meetings
- Digitalization and filing of the WO reports
- Coordination of different teams inside IMO-Civil/S
- Communication of the work planning – sequencing needs inside IMO-Civil/SL team
- Reporting of the weekly planning status
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in works of large projects
- Good knowledge of MS- office programs
- Self- organizing skills
- Communication skills inside the team
- Positive attitude
- Leading skills of small teams
- Flexibility regarding working hours and breaks
- Specific nuclear project experience is NOT necessary but favored.
- Good report writing and communication skills
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in time scheduling for the contractor
- Ability to implement and interlink activities logically
- Assignment of progress rates and resources
- Follow- up of changes in work packages
- Implementation of progress values
- Understanding of connections between execution time, progress and resources
- Communication skills of values related to time schedules
- Specific nuclear project experience is NOT necessary.
- Ability to do documentation and report based on databases
- Knowledge in nuclear field is considered as a plus: Nuclear safety culture based on IAEA standards, nuclear cleanliness
Languages (Level):
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Language skills in Finnish, German or French language are favored
