Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of deployment builds in the AIX environment;
- Identify opportunities for optimization and implement enhancements to existing systems;
- Preserve and enhance the technical legacy of AIX systems through strategic planning and execution;
- Monitor and manage capacity planning for infrastructures related to ongoing projects;
- Propose scalable solutions to accommodate future growth and demand;
- Proactively manage the obsolescence of hardware and software components, ensuring system reliability;
- Validate and apply security patches and updates to maintain a secure AIX environment;
- Stay abreast of the latest AIX OS versions and implement upgrades as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field;
- Significant experience working with AIX in complex environments;
- In-depth knowledge of AIX OS versions 5, 6, or 7;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment;
- Good level of French.
