Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Commercial Electricians for an ongoing commercial conversion of self-storage facilities in Sutton. You will be carrying out first and second fix work, containment, and final power connections across the site while adhering to strict health & safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

First and second fix electrical installations across commercial self-storage units.
Containment installation, including trunking, cable tray work, and conduit.
Wiring, lighting grid installations, power systems, and final connections.
Testing and commissioning where applicable, maintaining 18th Edition standards.

Requirements:

Valid ECS / JIB Gold Card (Electrician or Approved Electrician status essential).
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation & 18th Edition (BS7671).
Full PPE and commercial hand/power tools (including 110V/cordless kit).
Proof of Right to Work in the UK.

Desirable:

IPAF (3a/3b) or PASMA cards.

C&G 2391 / 2394 / 2395 Inspection & Testing certification.
