1st Fix Roof Carpenter
Location: Chelsea, South West London (SW10)
Pay Rate: Negotiable
Type: 2 Weeks (Potential extension)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable 1st Fix Roof Carpenter for a site in Chelsea, South West London. You will carry out timber roof framing and work alongside an existing crew directly from structural drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Construct timber roof framing, including rafters, joists, wall plates, and pitch cutting.
Read and accurately work from structural drawings.
Collaborate effectively with the site crew to meet short-term project deadlines.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS Blue Card (Carpentry & Joinery mandatory).
Proven experience in 1st fix timber roof framing.
Full 110v 1st Fix tools, framing nailer (Paslode/DeWalt), full PPE, and right to work in the UK.
