  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, supervision and the accurate recording of staff hours and attendance

  • Building strong relationships with clients, families and external professionals, while helping maintain CQC and safeguarding compliance

You’ll also take part in the out-of-hours on-call rota, normally one week in four, and may occasionally provide hands-on care cover when required.

You’ll be organised, calm under pressure and confident dealing with people at all levels.

You should also have:

  • Previous experience within the Health & Social Care sector

  • Good knowledge of domiciliary care, safeguarding and person-centred care

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A practical, solutions-focused approach

  • The ability to work well as part of a busy care management team

Previous experience in a senior care, team leader, supervisory or care management role would be advantageous.

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Access to your own vehicle for work purposes

  • Resident within Gloucestershire

  • Previous Health & Social Care experience

  • Right to work in the UK

What’s On Offer

  • £26,750 salary

  • 35-hour working week

  • Monday to Friday working

  • 28 days’ holiday

  • Statutory pension

  • Enhanced payment for on-call duties

  • A varied role with real responsibility

  • The opportunity to join a growing care provider and play an important part in its day-to-day operation

If you’re organised, approachable and passionate about delivering great care, we’d love to hear from you.
