An Electronic Engineer with a passion for Electronic/Hardware/Firmware innovation is required for a leading technology manufacturer with facilities in the UK, Europe, and US. The company is embarking on developing new technologies and they seek a skilled Electronic Engineer to support their endeavours to bring about the latest in integrating a range of new electronic functionality into their products and support the business with product development within the research and development team. As the Electronic Engineer you will support R&D, production, and customer support when/where required.
In your role as the Electronic Engineer you will support product development specification for the embedded control systems, help detail architecture and functionality. You will support with testing and evaluating component parts for suitability. The Electronic Engineer will also design the electronic circuitry, schematic capture, and create PCBs.
Key Experience/Qualifications required:
- A Degree qualification in Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering or similar high-level technical degree consisting of electronics, firmware, hardware, and software development.
- Experience with Schematic Capture and PCB design
- Embedded Software Design in C
- Electronic design experience from an industrial, automation, manufacturing, or technology environment
- Knowledge of C# would be beneficial although not essential
