Position: Software Support Engineer
Location: Commutable from Solihull, Redditch, Worcester, Birmingham, Coventry, Tamworth, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, Droitwich
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 depending on the level of software experience
We are recruiting for an exciting Software Support Engineer vacancy with a leading Automaton solution provider based in the West Midlands. As the Software Support Engineer you will work with the Head of Software Support for the UK and provide technical support and assistance to customers for their WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Key skills and experience required for the Software Support Engineer vacancy:
- Previous experience working on customer Warehouse Management Systems.
- You should ideally have previous experience working in a customer support role within the IT/Software industry.
- Experience with Java, SQL, Oracle and/or other database systems.
- You should ideally have a technical qualification, HNC/HND in a computing/software related subject.
