We have an incredible opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at our office in Solihull. We are a dynamic Technical Recruitment Consultancy specialising in the Robotics & Automation, Technical Engineering and Manufacturing industry sectors across the UK and Europe. We offer a warm, friendly, and professional environment, providing a consultative approach to the recruitment process, working with several innovative manufacturing companies.
We are looking for dynamic individuals that want to utilise their academic knowledge & experience in the Technical Recruitment sector. As the Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will work on a variety of technical roles within the UK and Europe, with clients specialising in robotics, electronics, mechanical and electrical engineering. We are happy to provide training and development dependent on your level of experience.
Key attributes required for the Graduate Recruitment Consultant vacancy:
- An appetite to learn and develop.
- A get up and go attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- A good work ethic.
- An interest in Automation & Robotics, Software & Electronics, Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive or Aerospace industry sectors (or similar) would be advantageous however is not essential.
- Previous experience working in a customer service or sales position would be advantageous although not essential
- A University Degree or HNC/HND/Apprenticeship in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Robotic Systems, or similar technical qualification is highly advantageous but not essential.
