The Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Specialist to support the testing and delivery of a Workforce Management and Payroll solution - Human Force.
This role plays a key part in system testing, training development, and change management across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with project leaders and operational teams to ensure payroll and award accuracy, system readiness, and successful adoption of the new platform.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare Award rule test cases to support effective system configuration and validation within Humanforce Workforce Management
• Develop payroll functional and parallel pay testing to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
• Prepare timesheet and leave data  for testing and validation
• Support execution of testing activities and manage defects, issues and resolution processes
• Review and remediate parallel pay results in collaboration with the Payroll Manager
• Develop training materials and support change management initiatives
• Contribute to project planning, meetings, and implementation activities
• Partner with stakeholders across HR, rostering, finance, operations and compliance

What They’re Looking For

• Experience with Human Force is essential
• Proven payroll implementation or system testing experience, ideally end-to-end
• Strong understanding of workforce management systems and payroll operations
• Demonstrated experience with payroll configuration testing and system go-live readiness
• Sound knowledge of Award interpretation and payroll compliance
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and solve complex payroll issues
