The Overview

Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to support a major system transition and data remediation.
This role is heavily focused on data integrity, payroll analysis, and system readiness ahead of the implementation of UKG and SAP SuccessFactors.

You’ll play a key role in data cleansing, payroll audits, LSL accrual validation, and HRIS analysis, ensuring payroll and employee data is accurate, compliant, and ready for migration. This is not a payroll processing role, it is analytical, investigative, and project-focused.

What You’ll Do

• Cleanse payroll and HR data ahead of system implementation
• Audit and validate Long Service Leave (LSL) accruals and balances
• Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance
• Prepare data for UKG and SAP SuccessFactors implementation
• Analyse payroll and workforce data for discrepancies
• Reconcile employee records and entitlements
• Support HRIS reporting, extracts, and testing
• Partner with Payroll, HR, and project teams on data integrity
• Support process improvement and data standards

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in payroll analysis, HRIS, or payroll data management
• Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience is preferable
• Proven data cleansing, reconciliation, and audit capability
• Solid understanding of LSL accruals and payroll balances
• Experience supporting HR or payroll system implementations
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail and investigative mindset
• Ability to manage large, complex datasets
• Healthcare experience highly regarded
• Exposure to TechnologyOne desirable
