About the Company:

We are partnering with a well-known and highly respected Not for Profit organisation seeking a UKG Test Manager to lead testing for a major UKG system implementation.
This role will focus on managing end-to-end UKG payroll testing, ensuring system readiness, and driving quality outcomes across a large transformation program.

About the Role:

• Lead and manage end-to-end UKG testing across all phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs)
• Define and execute the overall UKG test strategy, approach, and timelines
• Manage UKG test planning, resource allocation, and test execution
• Oversee the creation of test cases, scripts, and scenarios
• Ensure validation of payroll calculations, awards, entitlements, and LSL accruals
• Manage defect tracking, prioritisation, and resolution with stakeholders
• Oversee data migration and reconciliation testing for UKG
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, IT, and project teams to ensure successful delivery
• Provide regular reporting on test progress, risks, and issues to leadership
• Drive continuous improvement across UKG testing processes and standards

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a UKG Test Manager on large-scale payroll system implementation projects
• Strong hands-on experience with UKG is essential
• Experience leading UKG testing for payroll or complex business systems
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end testing methodologies and frameworks
• Experience managing SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll testing cycles
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, calculations, and compliance requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing test teams and coordinating across multiple workstreams
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capability
