About the Company

We are working with a large, well-known government organisation who are looking for a Compliance guru to join their team. This is a collaborative and supportive environment where you’ll work closely with Payroll and Systems teams to build frameworks and keep processes accurate and compliant.

About the Role

• Be the SME and Specialist across payroll compliance, some focus on remediation, and reconciliation work
• SWork with the Manager to set up and maintain payroll frameworks across the organisation
• Work with Payroll and Systems teams to ensure compliant processes
• Resolve payroll discrepancies
• Support audits and compliance reporting
• Respond to payroll queries

Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience across payroll compliance, and reconciliation/remediation
• Experience working with Payroll or Systems teams
• Knowledge of EBAs and payroll legislation
• Exposure to Roster On or ADP is a plus
• Detail-oriented, good problem-solving skills, and works independently
• Strong communication skills
