Why This Role Matters
We’re partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit an experienced HRIS Implementation Specialist to join their HR & People Systems team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead HR technology projects, improve processes, and help deliver seamless HRIS solutions across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead exciting HRIS projects from planning to go-live, including configuration, data migration, and testing.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to deliver HR technology solutions that improve processes and employee experience.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Run user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and support system adoption.
- Deliver end-user training and ensure HRIS solutions are embedded effectively across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems for greater efficiency.
What They're Looking For
- Proven experience implementing HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar).
- Strong understanding of HR processes including Payroll, Core HR, Time & Attendance, or Talent modules.
- Exceptional project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with process mapping, governance, and change management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
