We are seeking a passionate and commercially minded Learning & Development Business Partner to join a highly regarded organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with leaders, designing effective learning solutions, and driving capability, engagement, and inclusion across a diverse workforce.

About the Role

• Partner with leaders and HR stakeholders to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted learning solutions
• Design, deliver, and manage key L&D programs, including compliance, leadership development, and digital learning
• Develop engaging learning content across workshops, eLearning, and blended formats
• Support DEI initiatives through inclusive learning practices and capability uplift
• Lead and contribute to L&D projects that enhance learning maturity and the employee experience
• Evaluate and continuously improve learning programs for relevance and impact

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in a Learning & Development
• Passion for capability development, adult learning, and employee experience
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs (face-to-face and digital)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to translate business needs into practical and engaging learning solutions
