Specialist Global Regulatory Affairs - Permanent Position 80 -100 %
MISSIONS:
- Gather regulatory & safety information from suppliers
- Work with suppliers to determine compliance
- Review regulatory & safety documents to assess compliance of substances and formulas
- Update regulatory databases to ensure compliance of final fragrance compositions
- Evaluate and code new raw materials and compositions
- Create regulatory certificates for the final compositions
- Perform impact assessments if legal changes occur
- Support registration activities
- Support global reformulation exercises if the status of an ingredient changes
PROFILE:
- University degree in Biological Sciences, chemistry
- Previous experience in a Fragrance industry and/or an International Company
- Good IT knowledge
- Good communication and planning skills
- Knowledge of EU regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Fluent in English and good knowledge of French. Any other European language is a plus
- Show sound judgment and has the ability to understand a complex organization.
- Complete its work thoroughly, accurately within time limits and organize, prioritize and anticipate its workload
