Bet Acceptance Manager – Online Gaming - Salary competitive - Plus benefits, Healthcare, Pension scheme and relocation assistance – Gibraltar

SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a Bet Acceptance Manager. The successful candidate will manage a team responsible for the acceptance of all ‘exceptional’ bets via Over Ask and Telephone referral. The accuracy of bet acceptance decision making, and subsequent Client Profiling recommendations, will increase profitable customer turnover and reduce loss making customer activity.

Bet Acceptance Manager responsibilities:

• Design, build and manage a Bet Acceptance team that provides the business with a 24/7 Bet Acceptance service to ensure optimal turnover/GGR performance and risk management
• Drive the development of the TI/Bet Intercept/Over Ask functionality to drive efficiency, enhancing the customer experience and growing the GGR contribution
• Work collaboratively with Customer Profiling team in Gibraltar to build awareness on specific customers and also the product suite
• Establish working processes and SLA’s between Bet Acceptance and Central Trading teams including Pre Match Football, Pre Match Sports, Horse Racing and Greyhounds
• Define the KPIs and provide transparent reporting of the effectiveness of Bet Acceptance across all sports products to share with Central Trading Products owners and other stakeholders on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Manage the sports limit settings across sports in collaboration with the Central Trading product owners
• Act as an ambassador of the betting integrity policies and procedures, ensuring team awareness and raising concerns with the Head of Compliance
• Ensure the adherence to core licensing principals at all times, escalating issues to the appropriate internal and external bodies as defined
• Provide leadership to your team
• Establish an operational structure that ensures the specialist needs of our core products (e.g. Racing, football, US Sports) are always supported by a skilled and knowledgeable bet acceptance team
• Adopt ‘Bet Noting’ technology as part of the Bet Acceptance process and work alongside Customer Profiling to continually drive accuracy in the setting of customer limits/segmentation

Bet Acceptance Manager the Candidate:

• You will have direct experience of having managed teams within a sports trading environment
• A proven record of generating commercial benefit through the identification and execution of data lead decisions is essential
• A proven record of optimising complex operational process dependent on strategic direction
• Display a conscientious approach to analysis and strive to challenge and constantly reassess data with the aim to develop a continuous improvement approach to Bet Acceptance
• Your role will demand flexibility in your approach to working hours
