About the opportunity

This role is a unique addition to this organisation’s team, building upon a highly successful brand that is the gold standard in highly specialised and acute clinical settings.  You will lead the marketing strategy and execution of the brand together with responsibility for the specialty sales team.  This role would be an ideal step for a high calibre, dynamic candidate who has proven themselves as a strong marketer and also has experience managing a pharmaceutical sales team. Your highly entrepreneurial and strategic approach, together with the ability to roll up the sleeves and execute, will be the key to your success in this role.

Skills and Experience

• Extensive specialty pharmaceutical marketing experience including leading the strategy and execution of brand plans
• Specialty pharmaceutical sales leadership experience
• Ability to drive commercial results from an existing product portfolio
• Excellent influencing and leadership skills, with experience presenting to local and above country stakeholders
• A highly entrepreneurial and creative approach to taking advantage of commercial opportunities
• Business, Science degree or similar
