Summary:
We’re looking for a hands-on Day Shift Maintenance Electrician to perform electrical maintenance, repair, and upgrades on industrial equipment and systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily priorities and tasks effectively.

Shift: 1st shift 7AM - 3PM Monday - Friday, Saturdays as needed (alternating) 

Pay up to $85,000 based on experience 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assign daily tasks to the maintenance team under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Make real-time decisions based on machine needs and operational priorities.
• Install and repair electrical systems (24VDC to 480VAC), including conduit, wiring, panels, and controls.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, drives, circuits, relays, alarms, and control systems.
• Support preventive maintenance and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Use blueprints, schematics, and test equipment for diagnostics and repairs.
• Follow all safety procedures and complete additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education/Experience: Associate degree in Electrical or similar field; 4+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience. Journeyman card preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Electrical troubleshooting and panel building
• PLC knowledge and basic programming skills
• Familiarity with hydraulics/pneumatic
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics
• Use of tools like multimeters, calipers, and micrometers
• Certifications: Forklift license and valid Michigan driver’s license required.
