HSE Manager Based in Birmingham – 50k + Package

Roc Search’s client are seeking a HSE Manager to join their growing team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the Health, Safety and Environmental issues/opportunities and clearly communicate solutions.

This role is primarily based in the Birmingham head office with occasional travel to their other manufacturing sites close by.

Key responsibilities:  

• Automotive Industry (Desired) or similar manufacturing environment
• Dealing with and implementing all of the H&S and Environmental processes across the manufacturing facilities and adhering to legislation
• 3+ years’ experience
• NEBOSH (Essential) COSHH (Desired)
• Knowledge of ISO14001
• Understanding of ESG (Very Desirable)
• Proactive & Energetic person – able to build good relationships
