We are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join this busy and friendly team, several locations across SYD METRO - close to public transport, cafes and shops. Gain valuable hands on experience while gaining a CERT III in Business Administration.

The Role

As a Customer Service/Office/Business Trainee; some of your duties will include;

  • Customer service – greeting clients/guests
  • Assisting with apprentice and trainee enquiries
  • Reception duties as required
  • Admin support to your colleagues
  • Lodging contracts
  • Faxing, filing, photocopying, scanning etc
  • Maintaining clean and safe office environment
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn
  • Positive work ethic
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Quick thinking
  • ​Great team work skills
