We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Specialist to provide day-to-day support during the implementation of the Workday system. This role is central to ensuring smooth adoption across the organisation, supporting users, and maintaining data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain training documentation and user guides.
- Deliver training and provide support on Workday functionality.
- Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.
- Identify and correct data gaps or discrepancies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating where necessary.
- Attend project meetings and raise support tickets/change requests.
- Carry out other tasks as required to support the Workday rollout.
- Uphold company values and comply with conduct rules.
- Travel to other offices as needed.
