Interim HR/ER Advisor | London | Hybrid | up to £45K | July start
3-4 days working from home, 1-2 days on the office
14 month contract
What you’ll do:
- Lead on employee relations issues disciplinary, grievances, performance, absence, family rights, and more.
- Ensure managers stay compliant with policies and employment law.
- Own HR casework from start to finish, pushing for fast resolutions.
- Support change management including TUPE, redundancy, restructures, and contract updates.
- Produce reports, letters, and documentation accurately and on time.
- Deliver training to managers and back up recruitment and induction efforts.
- Collaborate with HR and operational teams to meet business goals.
- Travel regionally when needed and handle ad hoc projects.
