We are seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Administrator to join a busy HR team on an interim basis. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rickmansworth, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and supporting the day-to-day running of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract generation, and leaver processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee data is kept up to date
- Support with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Assist in preparing reports, HR documents, and correspondence
- Respond to employee queries and escalate where necessary
- Work closely with payroll and benefits providers to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and general administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an HR administration role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
- Available to start immediately and able to commit to a full-time, on-site position in Rickmansworth
