Are you a confident and highly organised HR professional with a passion for operational excellence? We’re working with a respected organisation to appoint an experienced HR Administrator to provide critical support during a period of transition and change. This is a temporary role for up to 6 months on a rolling timesheet, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless HR operations across recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations support, and maintaining accurate HR systems. With access to a wide variety of HR processes, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, takes initiative, and can manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including drafting contracts and offer letters, advertising roles, and arranging interviews.
  • Provide first-line HR support to managers and staff on employment terms, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate data flow to payroll and IT teams.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS and personnel records in line with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support absence management, DBS compliance, and professional registration checks.
  • Contribute to wellbeing initiatives and staff engagement activities.
  • Minute formal HR meetings and maintain confidential records.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Immediately available candidates with demonstrable experience in HR administration.
  • Ideally, experience working within a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare, financial services, education).
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working full-time from the office for the first 3 months, transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter.

This role would suit someone who is proactive, unflappable under pressure, and eager to make a meaningful contribution to a purpose-driven organisation.

Please note: This is a temporary opportunity offered via agency on a rolling basis.
