CRG Homecare, one of the largest homecare providers across the UK, is seeking an eager and energetic Branch Recruiter in our Stoke-On-Trent branch. The Branch Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing new, quality care staff to work in Stoke-on-Trent, Werrington and Stone.

What is involved?
You will be responsible for recruiting high quality care assistants to join our homecare company and provide domiciliary care in the local area. Building relationships with key stakeholders is a vital part of the role, which includes local social and community groups, schools, colleges, universities. You will also be a brand ambassador and will promote the benefits of joining CRG Homecare and attend job fairs, local community events to drive recruitment.

In addition to this, you will also work closely with the Marketing department to plan, organise and conduct scheduled recruitment campaigns and will effectively increase the candidate pipeline, whilst following the company's recruitment policies and procedures.

Another main part of your role is to ensure care assistant files are fully compliant and you will add new starters to CRG Homecare's database. You will also maintain the Branch Recruitment Pipeline reports and submit to the agreed deadlines.

The core hours are 8:30am -5:30pm Monday to Friday and the role is based at our branch in Stoke-On-Trent, but flexibility will be required.

Valued member of the team
The successful candidate will ideally have a proven track record in recruiting care assistants and have some knowledge in the Health and Social Care Sector. You will need good verbal and written English plus strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. You will ideally hold an NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care or a level 2 in Recruitment Resourcing. Above your experience and skills, you will have the drive, determination, passion and enthusiasm to grow recruitment in the Leicester area.
