Salary: GBP35000 - GBP35000 per annum + CRG Benefits

CRG Homecare, one of the largest homecare providers across the UK, is seeking a meticulous, eager and energetic Registered Homecare Branch Manager to oversee the Domiciliary Care we provide from our Blackburn Branch and in the Bradford area.

You will be responsible for managing the CRG Homecare Blackburn branch and oversee the delivery of care, recruitment & retention, drive the quality agenda and commercial expansion of your branch.

This exciting role would suit individuals with at least 3 years’ experience in a social care organisation. You will be accustomed to managing a homecare branch and liaising with Local Authorities.

What is involved?

In this role, you will manage and develop including domiciliary care services in the Blackburn branch. You will provide direct, hands on, operational and commercial leadership to the Branch and work with the Regional Director to ensure targets and budgets are achieved.

Providing high quality care to our service users is our number one priority. As a Branch Manager, you will work closely with the Quality team to manage the delivery of the service in your branch. It will be your responsibility to ensure services are fully compliant with CQC and all other regulatory obligations.

Business development and growth is a vital part of the role. The Branch Manager will promote services and develop business growth by building relationships with Local Authorities, other Commissioners and stakeholders. You will also work closely with the Regional Director to identify opportunities for growth and diversification using the CRG Homecare model.

Valued member of the team

The successful candidate will ideally have a proven track record of managing a homecare branch and will have considerable knowledge in the Health and Social Care Sector. Above your experience and skills, you will have the drive, determination, passion and enthusiasm to grow your branch.

The package

We are offering up to £35,000 salary plus service-related annual leave and birthday leave.
