Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and secure goods within the delivery vehicle
• Picking products from a pick sheet.
• Support warehouse activities, including goods in/out, stock handling, and general warehouse duties.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards
• Provide a high level of customer service, responding to queries and resolving minor issues at delivery points
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is kept in good working condition.

Skills and Experience

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Previous experience in multi-drop delivery, warehouse operations, or a similar role is desirable.
• Practical skills or confidence using basic tools (training provided for equipment fitting).
• Good knowledge of the local delivery area.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
