We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives in the Bridgend area.

Duties include:

• Support production activities across designated work areas as required.
• Carry out basic checks on items before they move through the production process.
• Handle, move, load, and unload components or products safely in line with manual handling requirements.
• Prepare items for processing, including positioning, loading, and moving them between work areas.
• Operate or assist with production equipment in line with training and site procedures.
• Assist with preparation, processing, coating, finishing, curing, drying, or similar production tasks.
• Monitor work to help ensure an even finish and consistent quality.
• Remove finished items safely and place them in the appropriate cooling, storage, or holding area.

Hours of Work

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
