The Job People are looking for Sewing Machinists to join a busy automotive company based in CV6 Coventry.

Shift Details:

• Fixed day shift
• Monday to Thursday 07.30 - 16.15 
• Friday - 07.30 - 12.30 
• 38 hours per week 
• Weekend support required in busy periods 
• Long term work
• Opportunity to go permanent after a qualifying period.

Pay Rates for Sewing Machinist: 

• £13.16 per hour
• 38 hours per week. 
• Overtime available 
• Weekly Pay 

Duties as a Sewing Machinist in Coventry: 

• The role of a Sewing Machinist is to skilfully operate sewing machines and related equipment to fabricate and assemble high-quality seat covers and interior components that meet stringent aerospace/rail & leisure industry standards.

• This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety, comfort, and durability of interiors, as well as contributing to the overall aesthetics and functionality of these specialised components.

• The Sewing Machinist is responsible for precision sewing, adhering to strict quality and safety guidelines, and supporting the production of products that meet the highest standards of performance and aesthetics.
