The Job People are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution centre in Crick.

We require candidates with Order Picking & Packing experience using RF Scanners. 

We require candidates with previous LLOP / PPT experience. 

Must be able to read & understand English. 

This is a full time role only. Long term work. 37.5 hours per week minimum. 

Overtime paid daily after 8 hours 

5 shift from 7 on a rota

Overtime premiums paid. 

AFTERNOON SHIFT ONLY 

10.00 - 18.00 (this shift moves to 14.00 - 22.00 from 16th November) 

We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic colleagues who are willing to work long term with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.

Must pass a pre employment drug test. 

Shift Details:

• Fixed day shift
• 8 hours per day
• Includes weekends 
• 10am - 6pm (this shift moves to 2pm-10pm on 16th November) 
• £14.20 per hour on PPT 
• £13.20 per hour warehouse operative 
• Weekend support required in busy periods 
• Long term work
• Opportunity to go permanent after a qualifying period.

Pay Rates for Warehouse Operative:

• £13.20 per hour (increases with service)  
• £14.20 per hour when operating PPT 
• Overtime paid after 8 hours daily 
• Overtime x1.5 rate 
• Weekly Pay 

Duties as a Warehouse Operative in Crick:

• Support the warehouse facility order picking & packing using RF Scanners  
• Ensuring accuracy make sure no mistakes are made. 
• Moving pallets and stock to various locations
• Support with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Heavy lifting is required from time to time 
• Bending / Lifting
• Wrapping pallets / label pallets 
• Use of scanners and labelling machines. 
• General duties as and when required.
• Candidates must pass a drug & alcohol test.
