The Job People are looking for Fabrication Production Operatives for a rotation shift to join a busy manufacturing site in Coventry for long term work. 

We require candidates with some production experience with a keen eye for detail and willingness to learn new skills. 

Must be able to read & understand English. 

Must be able to work AM & PM Rotation shift 

Previous CNC / PRESS MACHINE / METAL GRINDING EXPERIENCE advantageous

Have a 'can-do' attitude and willing to learn new skills. 

This is a full time role - we do not have any part time roles. 

Shift Hours as a Production Operative in Coventry:

• Fixed shifts 

• All will be working am/pm rotation - £12.72 per hour with shift allowance of £115.87 per week. £15.77 per hour. 

• Monday to Thursday 6am – 2pm, Friday 6am - 12pm
• Monday to Thursday 2pm – 10pm, Friday 12pm – 6pm one week about rotation.
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend support required in busy periods / overtime
• Long term work
• Opportunity to go permanent after a qualifying period.

Pay Rates for Production Operative:

• £12.72 per hour, plus shift allowance, takes you to £15.77 per hour 
• Overtime available at enhanced rate 
• Weekly pay 

Duties as a Production Operative in Coventry: 

• Support the factory in the production of car parts 
• Ensuring accuracy make sure no mistakes are made. 
• Accurately use various tools and machinery 
• Ability to use a CNC machine, PRESS machine, Metal Grinding parts 
• Full training provided. 
• Moving pallets and stock to various locations
• General duties as and when required.
