We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinician to join a supportive Adult Community Mental Health and Wellbeing team in a permanent full-time capacity.

This role is suited to a passionate mental health professional who enjoys working collaboratively to support consumers through recovery-focused, trauma-informed care. You will provide comprehensive assessments, case management, treatment planning and community-based interventions while working alongside a multidisciplinary team.

About the role:

• Provide high-quality mental health assessment, treatment and support to consumers within the community.
• Manage a clinical caseload and deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers, community services and other health professionals.

About you:

You will have experience working within mental health services, with strong skills in assessment, crisis response and case management. You will be committed to recovery-oriented practice and delivering person-centred care.
