Our client is a global leader in materials management, logistics, and supply chain solutions for the aerospace sector (Aerospace Materials Management). Currently, we are seeking a Branch Manager to lead and grow the Group's operations in Canada.


The ideal Branch Manager is a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of combining commercial vision with operational excellence. In this role, you will build solid client relationships, develop high-performing teams, drive branch profitability, and ensure that local operations consistently align with the strategic standards and objectives set by the Group’s Headquarters.


Role: Branch Manager
Contract: Full-Time
Location: Montreal, Canada
Salary : 100,000 – 120,000 CAD / year (approx. 65,000 – 78,000 EUR / year)

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the Canadian commercial strategy within the aerospace and defense sectors.
  • Expand the customer portfolio across North America.
  • Negotiate key agreements and achieve annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including purchasing, customer service, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Ensure workflow efficiency and on-time deliveries through the effective use of the company ERP system.
  • Assume full P&L responsibility for the branch, managing budget preparation, cost control, margin analysis, and financial reporting to the Italian Headquarters.
  • Lead, recruit, and develop the Canadian team (including managers in Operations, Business Development, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Support), ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and trade regulations while maintaining excellent relationships with key customers.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers, promptly managing complaints and escalations to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Drive strategic planning by defining business plans, identifying operational risks, and proposing investments to support expansion initiatives.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in industrial or aerospace distribution.
  • Leadership: At least 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • International Exposure: Prior experience working within international organizations.
  • Sales & Finance: Proven track record in business development, a strong background in operations management, and demonstrated experience in financial management
