P.145 Maintenance Administrator (BBBH12903) Philadelphia, Pennsylvania


My client is a world leader in airplanes/helicopters design and construction and is looking for a P.145 Maintenance Administrator

Role: P.145 Maintenance Administrator
Location: Philadelphia, PA, US
Contract: Permanent
Main Responsibilities

  • Plans and Coordinates the Repair Station work orders
  • Assist preparing invoices for customers
  • Review Quoted and Actual Hours in work orders to coincide with Customer Discrepancy log
  • Update Work Order Recorder and Customer Maintenance Breakdown weekly and generate weekly reports
  • Generate weekly hours reports for Maintenance A/C to Supervisors and Leads
  • Creation, acceptance, and accrual budget management of RDAs
  • Assist with AS9100 compliance report and monitor technician time for accuracy
  • Assist Customer Support Administrator with travel planning for CMRO Technicians and Quality Control Inspectors
  • Required to interface with Customers, CSM, Hangar personnel, and Company department
  • Supervisors/Managers to ensure efficient work order flow in the hangar.



Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relatable experience in FAA 145 environment
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Computer Skills (Access, Microsoft Excel, Word, Tech Publication data base, Manufacturing drawings and technical data)
  • Multitasking person
  • Problemsolving person
  • Competent leader



Qualifications

  • Associated Degree Required- Bachelor’s degree a plus
