Production Manager

Production Manager (BBBH12651) Vilnius, Lithuania




Role: Production MANAGER
Pay: To be defined on the basis of experience
Location: vilnius
Contract: Permanent


Main Responsibilities

*ORGANIZED

  • Able to establish and follow a full production planning (from Prototyping to Mass Production)
  • Able to plan his own schedule and respect time constraints



*STRUCTURED

  • Able to create and maintain structured organisational files on excel and on an ERP system
  • Able to write down clear and detailed processes (Word) for any kind of operations (eg : quality control, goods acceptance, product assembly manual …)



*STOCK MANAGEMENT

  • Is able to physical acknowledge acceptance of all goods sent to the factory
  • Can help the factory determine what product/project it is related to
  • Communicates with Operation Manager in a fluid way regarding acceptance of all goods
  • Based on acceptance of goods, can keep a stock updated



*BOM MANAGEMENT

  • Mechanical BOMS, electronical BOMS, GERBER, software management for each production (for final devices and for test benches) … through fluid communication with all related engineers


Being able to go through the entire BOM, and determine the most critical and exotic component (price / Lead Time) and drive purchasing of those

*ANALYTICAL

  • Can determine Yield and try to improve them
  • Can help engineers during product prototyping/design and is not afraid to intervene in discussions
  • Can control costs
  • Can perform technological watch on components, tools and techniques and share knowledge with team and engineers



*TECHNICAL SKILLS

ELECTRONIC

  • Can use a multimeter + Basic understanding of an oscilloscope is a plus
  • Knows all SMT processes and understands constraints and improvement potential on designs (eg, suggests using underfill, washing PCBs …)
  • Can advice electronical engineers when they prototype and develop new products based on CAD analysis
  • As such, can anticipate potential issues arising during production


MECHANIC

  • Can evalutate assembly results compared to specs
  • Can help determine assembly rules (torque, assembly steps order …) and include them in assembly manuals
  • Can advise mechanical engineers when they prototype on what would be good/problematic during box build



*PURCHASING

  • Knows where to buy components when needed and can interrogate several suppliers for quoting
  • Can manage a purchasing process with the chosen supplier
  • Knows how to assess quality level of a component supplier



Requirements

  • Technical master’s degree
  • Knowledge on Test Benches (gold samples and software)
  • Lithuanian Mother Tongue
  • English proficiency required, French is a plus



Other

  • Successful delivery of complex projects
  • Rigor and precision in the execution of all tasks above
  • Capable to work with agility, under pressure, with tight deadline in an ever-changing environment
  • Being autonomous and performing all those tasks without being asked to.
