Software Engineers (C/C++/UML/Embedded Systems) - Cutting Edge MedTech - multiple positions - Switzerland with German essential & English a bonus
Ours is a Medical Devices manufacturer with 2 sites in German speaking Switzerland - one close to Zurich, one close to spectacular skiing and outdoor areas - both are options at this stage. Producing high tech products that are mechanical/electrical/electronic and software driven, they are seeking several software engineers with strong C/C++/UML development skills for new product development projects
Work will be varied: specification, analysis (architecture and design), development and testing hardware embedded real-time software for medical devices, using advanced methods (model driven development) and tools (IBM Rhapsody, WindRiver VxWorks, Linux ) in the programming language C \ C ++.
Fluent English is essential with German a bonus.
We would expect to see completed studies in the field of computer science, e-tech or even mechanical engineering, but who want to work within software development. A background expertise in Medical Devices is preferred working to the Medical Devices Directive and even FDA regulations, but flexibility here.
