TITLE: PMM PRIME Regional Coordinator

ROLE PROFILE

PMM is SCI standard Project Management Methodology; PRIME (Project Reporting, Information, Monitoring and Evaluation) is the new project management system that will be deployed in all SCI COs in 2022/2024.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in Programme Operations and/or PDQ, who understands the value of using system, and Standard Project Methodologies adopted by SCI to grow and develop in this area, gaining experience and skills in the challenging contexts in which we operate.

The PMM PRIME Regional Coordinator will be the person responsible for supporting and developing the usage of PRIME in deployment and throughout the transition into BAU, across the COs in West and Central Africa Region (WCA RO).

 

SCOPE OF ROLE:

Reports to: WCA Regional Operations Manager;

Dotted line: Head of Project Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Essential

  • Experience of driving adoption and usage compliance.

  • Experience of Program Operations and or/ PDQ within SC.

  • SCI PMM certified.

  • Deep understanding of core SCI functions and systems.

  • Experience in leading/supporting capacity building and coaching initiative

  • Proven ability to work effectively with people from different cultures.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Commitment to Save the Children values.

  • Proficiency in English and French.

  • High attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Experience of project management system.

  • Experience of System Support Models.

  • Experience of working in large and complex Offices.

  • Experience within global, multicultural, matrix organisations.

  • Experience or knowledge of global project management methodologies.
