TwoScots Recruitment are partnering with two fantastic clients to recruit two short-term Reception covers, starting immediately.
Both offer the chance to step into friendly, professional environments for a short term assignement - one based in Dandenong (FMCG) and the other in Brighton (Education).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet visitors and manage incoming calls, creating a warm and professional first impression

• Keep reception and communal areas neat, tidy, and well-presented

• Handle courier bookings, sort mail, and liaise with Australia Post

• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are ready for use

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Reception or a similar front-of-house role

• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• A can-do attitude and pride in maintaining a welcoming workspace
