About the Role

We're partnering with a leading property development group experiencing significant growth, and they’re looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join their high-performing team.

In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of leads, engaging prospective clients, qualifying their needs, and converting them into long-term customers. You'll be the first point of contact in the sales journey, playing a key role in driving revenue and shaping the customer experience.

This is a 6 month fixed term opportunity with an immediate start, based in a CBD office and offering flexible hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and convert warm leads via phone, email, and web chat

• Consult with prospects to understand their goals and match them with the right property solutions

• Proactively manage your sales pipeline, ensuring follow-ups and touchpoints are timely and strategic

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate lead tracking and updates in CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal specialists to close deals and ensure a smooth client experience

About You

• Proven track record in sales, lead conversion, or business development (3–6+ years)

• Experience in property, real estate, or a high-value solution sales environment is highly advantageous

• Confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in managing your pipeline

• Strong CRM and digital communication tool skills

• Ability to work autonomously while being a team player
