Based in Melbourne, this temp to perm opportunity plays a pivotal part in ensuring smooth operational delivery, system accuracy, and compliance across a large-scale patrols network.

This opportunity is perfect for an organised and tech-savvy professional with strong administrative, reporting, or compliance experience - someone who enjoys working with multiple systems, coordinating nationally, and supporting frontline teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare reporting for fortnightly compliance meetings (covering areas like fleet allocation, patrol performance, driver fatigue, and training progress)
  
• Manage and maintain key operational systems, setting up new users, troubleshooting, and supporting state teams
  
• Oversee national reporting including missed patrols, key tracker health, and alarm response compliance
  
• Support the national operations team with equipment orders, audits, and system updates
  
• Manage the national patrols mailbox and respond to ad hoc operational requests
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong administrative and systems experience, ideally within operations, logistics, or compliance environments
  
• High attention to detail with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and priorities
  
• Confident using data and reports to monitor compliance and performance
  
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong communication skills
  
• Previous experience using operational systems or CRMs will be highly regarded
